Our membership-based model delivers true continuity with an Internal Medicine physician and dedicated care team—covering primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, medication management, and advanced fatigue and hormone evaluation when appropriate. Care is personalized, proactive, and relationship-driven, with same-day or next-day access, secure communication, and no rotating providers.

PWC Care Plans are designed to be transparent, affordable, and comprehensive. All required labs are included, there are no copays or surprise bills, and pricing is dramatically lower than national telehealth and concierge models. From straightforward primary care to comprehensive men’s health and bundled plans, PWC offers high-touch virtual care that is medical—not sales-driven—rooted in Virginia, and built around long-term health. Dr. Dietz is the founder of Premier Wellness Consultants. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Internists, and the American Association of Medical Review Officers. Dr. Dietz is a dedicated physician with a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
